Wright lines up Ladies Classic at Royal Canberra
Lindsey Wright has confirmed that she will be competing in the ACTEWAGL Ladies Classic at Royal Canberra. Lindsey's appearance will strengthen the quality of the field making the event a very tight battle to see who will emerge on top of the leaderboard at the end of the week.
Lindsey was born in Tonbridge Wells, England.
Lindsey's motto is: Life's no dress rehearsal; you only get one chance at it. You've got to grab it around the throat, and give it a good shake.
An attitude like this is what has lead Lindsey to 3 top five finishes on the LPGA Tour and a T8th at the ANZ Ladies Masters early in 2009.
Lindsey Turned Pro in 2003 and had her first rookie season on the LPGA in 2004.
Lindsey played 24 events and finished 18th on the Money List, where she had a stroke average of 71.45.
Lindsey's best finish in 2009 was 2nd at the LPGA Macdonald’s Championship.
Wright is currently ranked 28th on the Rolex Women's World Golf Rankings.
The Royal Canberra member's are looking forward to welcoming Lindsey to Royal Canberra.
