Q. Where can I park?
A. Spectator parking is available at Banks Street. No pass is required, attendants will direct you into the appropriate area. (See Directions)
Q. When can I get autographs?
A. Autographs may be requested and given at the players convenience during the practice rounds and Pro-Am, Monday - Thursday.
Q. Can I bring a camera?
A. Cameras will only be allowed during practice rounds and The Pro-Am, Monday - Thursday of the tournament week. They will not be permitted on tournament days, Friday - Sunday.
Q. Can I leave the tournament and then come back on the same day?
A. Yes, there will be re-entry to the grounds. If you leave the grounds, you must have your ticket to return back in.
Q. Can I buy tickets at the tournament?
A. Yes, tickets will be available to purchase at the Entry Points.
Q. What items are prohibited?
A. In respect to the Players and fellow spectators we request that the following items are not taken onto the Royal Canberra Golf Club's Grounds:
All personal electronics to include mobile phones, TVs, pagers, PDAs, hand held games, MP3 players, IPODS and any other electrical devices.
Bikes, coolers, ladders, signs, banners, back packs and metal spiked golf shoes, oversized chairs with arm rests.
Dogs and other pets.
Cameras only allowed on practice rounds and Pro-Am, Monday - Thursday.
Q. Are there refunds?
A. There are no refunds and/or exchanges. All sales are final.
